Who we are

Accelerate Advisors (“we,” “us”) is a consulting advisory firm located at 990 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132. This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Alert signups. When you sign up for election alerts, we collect your email address and, if you choose to receive text messages, your mobile phone number, your SMS consent status, the consent language you agreed to, and the date and time of your consent.
• Gratitude Concierge guests. When an invited guest of our Gratitude Concierge program completes their intake or contact form at https://concierge.wolfingtons.com, we collect their name, phone number, email, stay details, and — only if they check the optional texting box — their SMS consent status, the consent language, and its timestamp.
• Vendor Desk sign-ups. When a vendor we work with signs up at https://concierge.wolfingtons.com/vendors, we collect their name, company, what they do, phone number, email, and — only if they check the optional texting box — their SMS consent status, the consent language, and its timestamp.
• Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

We do not use tracking cookies and we do not collect payment information through this site.

How we use your information

We use the information above to deliver the alerts you requested, to respond to your messages, and to keep a record of your consent as required by applicable messaging rules. We do not use it for any other purpose.

SMS/Text Messaging

This section covers the SMS programs that run under this site — election alerts, Gratitude Concierge stay coordination, and the Accelerate Advisors Vendor Desk. Accelerate Advisors LLC also operates The Lanai (below), which keeps its own consent process.

SMS/Text Messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data-sharing categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your data only with service providers (such as our SMS platform and mobile carriers) strictly to deliver messages you have requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP or contact accelerateadvisors@gmail.com / (305) 605-7326 for assistance.

The Lanai

Accelerate Advisors LLC also operates The Lanai, a separate resident network available at https://oceanclub.us. The Lanai maintains its own registration process, messaging permissions, and privacy information on that site, and we do not collect The Lanai sign-ups or phone numbers here. Consent to receive text messages from one of our programs does not automatically constitute consent to receive text messages from another.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information is disclosed only to the service providers that operate this website and deliver the messages you have requested, or where required by law. As stated above, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every sharing category and are never shared with third parties.

Retention

We keep alert-signup records, including consent records, for as long as the alert program runs and as long as messaging rules require us to be able to demonstrate consent. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact below.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe immediately.
• Reply HELP to any text message for assistance.
• Use the unsubscribe instructions in any alert email, or email us to be removed from email alerts.
